Methods Machine Tools, a supplier of high-quality CNC tools and automation systems, has completed its acquisition of Texas-based Koch Machine Tool.

Methods announced in October 2021 its intent to purchase Koch to grow its reach into the regional machining market as part of its national expansion strategy.

Effective immediately, Methods assumes ownership of Koch’s facilities in Texas, as it pursues new opportunities across the region’s diversified industries. Existing Koch customers now benefit from Methods’ national ecosystem and can engage Methods directly for ongoing and new purchase ordering and services.

As previously announced, Mike Koch will retain the title of Co-General Manager of these locations for a period of three years to facilitate the acquisition.

Don Miller, a 35-year industry veteran and most recently general manager of Methods’ Illinois and Wisconsin offices, transitions to Texas as the other co-general manager to oversee the expansion of this territory.

As part of the acquisition, Methods will represent select Weiler machine tools within its expanding product portfolio.
